Prerequisites for Participation

Before joining our group fitness classes, we recommend that participants have a basic level of physical fitness to ensure safety and maximize enjoyment. If you’re new to exercise, consider starting with our beginner-friendly sessions to build your confidence and stamina.

It’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Our instructors are here to support you, so please inform them of any injuries or limitations you may have.

For the best experience, we suggest wearing comfortable athletic clothing and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Arriving a few minutes early will allow you to settle in and meet your instructor.
